A former high school coach and counselor Bill started his business career as a Certified Financial Planner with Waddell & Reed before becoming a Dealer Manager for Litton's office products division. He joined Development Dimensions International as National Marketing Manager before opening a Western Divison office as a Regional Vice President. After 10 years with DDI he joined The Forum Corporation as a Senior Vice President overseeing consulting and delivery services in the Western United States. In 1989 he and his family moved to Scottsdale, Arizona to form Molloy Associates where he continues to partner with Forum.
LONG VERSION
William F. Molloy has an impressive business background combining line management, profit center responsibility, and organizational consulting. He started his business career with the investment firm of Waddell & Reed as a certified financial planner. Later he joined Royal Business Machines, a Division of Litton Industries. As Dealer Manager for the Office Products Division, he was responsible for franchise operations in six states. While there he initiated a productivity improvement project to streamline dealer operations and improve customer loyalty. In 1977, Bill joined Development Dimensions International (DDI), an international training and development firm. As National Marketing Manager for behavior modeling based programs he traveled extensively introducing business applications of this new learning concept to Fortune 500 companies. Promoted to Vice President, he opened the first regional office on the West Coast and continued to play an instrumental role in the company's expansion. In 1987, Bill joined The Forum Corporation, a premier Boston-based consulting firm, as Senior Vice President and Western Division Manager. He led the growth of revenue and increased profitability by focusing on client needs and leveraging Forum’s extensive research capabilities. Bill has assisted numerous organizations in strategic planning by leading executives in the creation of clearly defined vision, mission, goals, and plans for execution. He has extensive experience in the areas of leadership, sales, sales management, and customer focus.
In addition to his own practice Bill works with Forum as a Senior Associate focusing on senior leadership initiatives in a variety of industries. Bill has consulted with American Express, Bank of America, Charles Schwab, Xerox, Disney, Standard & Poors, Coca-Cola, Hilton Hotels, Motorola, IBM, Kaiser Permanente, Unilever, Lockheed Martin, Los Angeles Unified Schools, Nike, the IRS, Aetna, and Deloitte. Most recently he has played a key role in projects with Brown-Forman, Quintiles, Covidien, Amgen, and TJX. Bill has been a featured speaker at national meetings for the International Customer Service Association, ASTD, Adidas, Air Products, Aramark Sports, CFO Rising, DuPont and The Hartford. In addition to his organizational work, Bill has served as a personal coach to several business leaders from CEO’s to line managers. His global experience includes conducting leadership and strategic planning sessions in London, Paris, Rome, Geneva, Singapore and Beijing at the College of Continuing Education of Tsinghua University.

Bill earned a B.A. from Stonehill College in Massachusetts and a M.Ed in Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Maryland at College Park. He is an active community leader—former president of the Arizona Congressional Award Council, member of the Paradise Valley School District Resource Allocation Committee, youth director for the Knights of Columbus, Committee Chairman and Charter Representative for Boy Scouts. Bill has been quoted in the media on the topics of leadership and customer focus, and has published articles in Training Magazine, Southern California Business Journal, San Diego Business Journal, and Administrative Radiology. Bill and his wife have three grown children and live in Scottsdale, Arizona.
